our enduring hope

The video message from Father Steve Adams below provides a wrap-up of the recent construction project and how it was financed. The video also shares how we can be faithful stewards of our gifts by repaying the loan from the Archdiocese of Denver, and building the Church in Northern Colorado.

What is the enduring hope campaign?

Thanks to your generosity, from 2020-2021 St. John the Evangelist underwent much needed renovations and expansion. The construction was financed through the Blessed Past, Faithful Future capital campaign, parish savings, and a loan from the Archdiocese of Denver. The goal of the Enduring Hope campaign is to pay back the loan. By doing so, not only will our parish be debt-free once again, but the Archdiocese will also be able to loan money to other churches in Northern Colorado for their capital needs.

Let us be faithful stewards of what we have been given and show God’s grace to the church in Northern Colorado.

PRAYERFULLY CONSIDER YOUR PLEDGE

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s grace.”
1 PETER 4:10

You are invited to prayerfully consider making a sacrificial and meaningful gift, one that is above and beyond your annual offertory support. In order to achieve the campaign goals, we will rely on the participation and generosity of every parish family. Pledges are gifts made in good faith but are not legally binding. Your gift makes a difference! If you choose to give online, please click the button below to go to Faith Direct, our online giving platform.

CAMPAIGN PRAYER
Most loving Father,
Your blessings abound through the generations.
Your good gifts beyond measure have formed us into your people
And have sent us to be the presence of Jesus your Son in this community of Loveland, Colorado.
May your Spirit of generosity continue to fill us,
May we be faithful to this calling in changing and challenging times,
May our hearts be open to hear and respond to your Word,
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son
Who lives and reigns with you in the Unity of the Holy Spirit,
God forever and ever.
Amen.

“And now to him who by the power at work within us is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, to him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.”

Ephesians 3:20-21

Construction Before and After Photos

Your prayers, generosity, and support have created beautiful and inviting spaces that will serve our Catholic faith in Loveland for generations to come. While the focus of the photos below is on the changes to the buildings, the buildings exist to serve God. From baptisms, weddings, and funerals, to fellowship, special events, community gatherings, and worship, your gifts have built the facilities our parish needs for ministry now and in the future.

Thank you again for recognizing the needs of our community and making these improvements possible!
