Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loveland, Colorado is a parish that is consecrated to Jesus through Mary according to the formula by St. Louis-Marie de Montfort. The parish was first consecrated on March 25, 2008. Every year, at the direction of the pastor, the Legion of Mary leads the parish in three week preparation process for those members that are renewing their consecration and also leads the 33 days of preparation prior to March 25th for any new members to be consecrated for the first time. Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church follows St. Louis-Marie de Montfort's recommendation that can be found in the Supplement of the book, "True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary." The Legion of Mary leads the parish in a Rosary after every daily Mass. On March 25th every year, the parish has a special celebration with a procession with a statute of Our Blessed Mother lead by the Knights of Columbus. Children and adults participate in the procession and bring roses and flowers to present to Our Lady followed by a Mass and renewal of the words of "Consecration of oneself to Jesus Christ, Wisdom incarnate, through the hands of Mary" by St. Louis-Marie de Montfort.
