Prayer and Adoration
Our Lady of Guadalupe Adoration Chapel opened in March 2014 and offers perpetual adoration 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is an extension of the Mass and is an homage of the spirit to the King of Glory, in respectful silence.
If you are in need of prayers, or to join the prayer chain, please call Mary Ann (970) 669-0860, Jan (970) 669-9472, or Marge (970) 669-8365

The Contemplative Prayer group encourages members to deepen their relationship with God in the company of people committed to the contemplative way of living. It supports perseverance in prayer and provides opportunity for scriptural dialogue and discussion. Contemplative prayer is a method of prayer beyond words, derived from ancient prayer practices of the Christian contemplative heritage, that involves opening of the mind and heart – our whole being – to God.

The Legion of Mary is an association of Catholic laypeople who work as instruments of the Holy Spirit and serve the Church through a program of prayer and service. We meet once a week for prayer, planning and discussion. We also do two hours of work each week, in pairs, under the guidance of our spiritual director. Work includes visiting parishioners, prison ministry, visiting the sick or aged, religious education, visiting the newly baptized and meeting other spiritual needs of the parish community. Guests are always welcome and can go on one of the work assignments with an experienced member if they choose.
Ministry of Praise
Anytime! There are no meetings to attend, no dues require // Anywhere!
The Ministry of Praise is a prayer ministry for those parishioners who cannot be physically active in other ministries of the parish. It enables members to actively contribute to the parish by offering all their prayers, joys, works, sacrifices and sufferings to God for the salvation of souls, the needs of the parish and the universal Church. Their prayers provide a wealth of spiritual blessings on priests, religious, families, youth, and inactive Catholics. Once commissioned as a Minister of Praise, members will receive: A book of suggested prayers, a cross, a certificate signed by the Pastor, and a monthly letter requesting special prayers. The Ministry of Praise was started in 1979 at St. Bede’s parish on Chicago’s southwest side by Sister Mary Charla Gannon, RSM.
